Charles, born in St. Vincent & the Grenadines, the visionary founder of the CIPM, pastored the New Testament Church of God, International Worship Center, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, for thirty-four (34) years, before passing the torch of leadership to Jamaican-born Bishop Colin Cousins
Bishop Charles has preached the Gospel of Jesus the world over; served in positions of leadership at the International level in the Church of God, Cleveand, Tennessee, USA; and currently serves as the Caribbean Field Director for the Church of God
